Routine Foot Care with attention to detail
What to Expect:
Risk Assessment for circulation, sensation, skin integrity, and footwear
Toenail Trimming and shaping for proper regrowth
Toenail Thinning to reduce thickness and/or curvature
Corn and Callus Reduction to reduce pressure points
Foot Hygiene with no-soak cleansing and lotion massage
Recommendations such as footwear, skin care, exercises, and doctor follow-ups
Sterilized tools: All tools are processed by manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and dry heat sterilization with mechanical, chemical, and biological verification.
Cost of Home Visits
Cost is based on the level of work involved. All nails are thinned to normal thickness. All corns and calluses are reduced until pressure points are relieved.
$20 travel surcharge for Mid Cape (Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis) and Lower Cape (Harwich, Brewster, Chatham, Orleans) locations.
$40 travel surcharge for Upper Cape (Bourne, Falmouth, Sandwich, Mashpee) and Outer Cape (Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown) locations.
The travel surcharge is split when I see more than one client at the same residence.
LEVEL 1 ROUTINE FOOT CARE
Normal thickness nails and mild calluses and corns.
$40 + travel surcharge
LEVEL 2 ROUTINE FOOT CARE
Up to 5 thick nails and/or moderate calluses and corns.
$60 + travel surcharge
LEVEL 3 ROUTINE FOOT CARE
Up to 10 thick nails and/or significant calluses and corns.
$80 + travel surcharge
Private pay: I do not submit insurance claims, but I can provide a statement upon request for clients seeking their own insurance reimbursement. Claim reimbursement forms should be available on your insurance company's website. My services are described as "routine foot care". If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, please verify that routine foot care by a registered nurse is accepted by your insurance plan.
